Les Roches Rouges
To step into Les Roches Rouges is to step out of the world and to delight in the pleasures of Provence, its flavours and fragrances. Here, you can enjoy long days in the sunshine, pamper yourself, savour the passing hours, and taste the simple yet sophisticated joys of a holiday on the coast…Les Roches Rouges is the essence of understated luxury, simplicity, conviviality, where the immensity of the sea, mild climate and an exquisite natural environment combine to create a truly exclusive, authentic and refined setting.
In the heart of the Côte d’Azur, azure blue, pure white and ochre red are the colours celebrated in Les Roches Rouges, perched on the water’s edge, close to the Esterel. Located in Saint-Raphaël, in a preserved natural environment opposite the Ile d’Or, between the pine and tamarisk trees, this hotel benefits from a Fifties Modernist design. The architecture of the hotel gives full reign to nature, the sea and its Mediterranean garden.
The restaurant, «Récif», one Michelin star, on the roof terrace of Les Roches Rouges overlooks the sea, from which the Chef, José Bailly, naturally draws his inspiration to offer dinner guests refined Mediterranean dishes. The second hotel restaurant «La Plage» serves an authentic, simple, generous provencal menu. The hotel benefits from two swimming pools: a natural seawater measuring almost 30 metres long cut into the coastal rock and a swimming lane.
