Why do I need a membership card?
Our membership card is digital, and you can download it on your phone and add it to your wallet. You will need to show your card to redeem your benefits as a proof you are a HW CLUB member.
Do I receive all the benefits right away?
Yes, you will have instant access to all community benefits. We will add more perks, content, and events every month.
When will I be charged?
The Hôtel Weekend Club Membership charges automatically renew every year, you may cancel your membership anytime by going to your account. When cancelling your subscription, all future charges will be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle and commitment. Your access and benefits will continue for the rest of your subscription.
Can I share my private codes with friends or family?
You cannot. Every hotel checks the reservation name to see if you are a member or not. This is why all reservations must be under your name. You can of course enjoy the benefits with your friends and family if they are travelling with you.
Can I change my reservations through Hôtel Weekend?
Hotel reservations and cancellations are handled between you and the hotel, as any other guest would do. Hôtel Weekend is not responsible for payments, availability, cancellations, or customer service.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the Club?
Due to the digital nature of the Club and the instant access to our Benefits, we do not offer refunds. Please reach out via the chat button if you have any questions.
