The times of delivery stated here are our hope, not a guarantee. Thank you for understanding the factors that fall out of our control, like shipping delays or made-to-order pieces that take a bit more than expected. We always work to help you get your order as soon as possible.

Please note we are a small company and we do our best to keep all of our customers happy, to deliver as quick as possible ( all though we will never be amazon prime :) ) and to help you with your orders.

In general orders are processed within 5 business days from the time we receive your order. Please note that all orders received after 2pm (GMT+2) on a Friday and over the weekend or bank holidays are processed the following working day. Other delays with couriers are out of our control.

Delivery times

Standard shipping within Spain : 3-5 business days*

Standard shipping within Europe: 4-7 business days *

Standard shipping to America, Asia, or Oceania: 8-15 business days* Some countries can take up to 30 days.

* Some products are made to order and can take up to 12 weeks to create (if that’s the case, you will see a note in the product description), please be patient.

*Please note that some items are stored in different cities (we love to travel and so does our shop) so, depending on your order, you could receive different deliveries. Most of our products are shipped from Madrid, Spain, but some can come from other countries and might be subject to duties and taxes.

Orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Hotel Weekend & Souvenir Shop has no control over processing times or duty rates by Customs in each country.

If by any reason you want to return or exchange your item, any duties paid won’t be refunded.

All customs duties, taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Hôtel Weekend is required to accurately declare the value of international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the indicated packing slip.

Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as the other customs information, can be obtained by contacting UPS, Fedex or your local post office.

We have added an icon under each product that indicates its shipping origin. Please check this before placing your order. By placing your order you understand that import taxes may occur.

Please note, unless the product is faulty we do not accept refunds. If you wish to return your order, we will give you a gift voucher for the amount of your purchase that you can use on another order

All discounted sales are final and pre-order or made to order pieces cannot be cancelled.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Hotel Weekend & Souvenir Shop, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund.

Any claim for shortage in supply or damage to the items ordered must be notified to Hotel Weekend & Souvenir Shop within 5 days of receiving the goods. Claims after this period cannot be accepted.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the Customer Card has been authorized. If the Customer Card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

At the event of when a product is sold out, Hôtel Weekend has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do it before 24h after order confirmation.

Made-to-order items are not available for returns, cancelations or exchanges. Please check if your order includes a custom made item.

As we are a small company, we are not able to offer free returns or exchanges, however if the product is faulty or damaged we will off course cover the cost of the shipping.

Returns requests are accepted within 7 business days of receiving your parcel - items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached and associated designer packaging in original condition; including protective shield on swimwear, undamaged dust bags and shoe boxes, and unmarked shoe soles. Please note we do not provide returns on gift cards, underwear, beauty products, fragrances or candles. We ask you to ship the item back with a trusted courier such as UPS, DHL or FEDEX, we are not responsible for any lost packages due to LOCAL POST OFFICES like Correos España, DPD, Colissimo, or others.

Please be careful when trying on garments - they must be in resalable condition upon return. We kindly ask that shoes are tried on a soft, carpeted surface, as returns of shoes with scuffed soles or worn interiors are not accepted. Garments received with make-up marks will be processed at Hotel Weekend & Souvenir Shop discretion.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Hotel Weekend & Souvenir Shop is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection. Products must be returned to their origin, whether this is our office in Madrid or the designer’s studio elsewhere. You can see the country of origin in each product description.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, they will be checked over prior to receiving approval for store credit. Once approved, your return will be processed. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If your order had free shipping, this cost will still be deducted from your refund.
