The Hôtel Weekend Club Membership charges automatically renew every year, you may cancel your membership anytime by going to your account. When cancelling your subscription, all future charges will be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle and commitment. Your access and benefits will continue for the rest of your subscription.

Can I manage hotel reservations through Hotel Weekend?

Hotel reservations and cancellations are handled between you and the hotel, as any other guest would do. Hôtel Weekend is not responsible for payments, availability, cancellations, or customer service.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the club?

Due to the digital nature of the Club and the instant access to our Benefits, we do not offer refunds. Please reach out via the chat button if you have any questions.

Souvenir Shop

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide, but please check carefully each item description as some items are not available for international shipping. This applies to fragrance, liquids, and aerosols due to transport restrictions. It should say on each item if they’re unable to be shipped outside of the E.U.

What does shipping origin mean?

Some of our products are stored in the designer’s own studio. This means sometimes you will receive different deliveries, depending on the items included in your order. Please note, some items can include import taxes that you will be charged once they arrive at your country. It should say on each item the country of origin, so please check before ordering.

How can I track my order?

Once your purchase is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. You might receive different tracking numbers depending on your order.

How can I change my delivery address?

Please contact us if you want to change your delivery address before 24h of placing your order. If your. package is already collected by UPS, Fedex, or the courier, it’s not possible to change it and we would have to redirect it - causing delays and an additional shipping fee.

We are working hard on implementing this feature on our website. For the moment, please click the links on each listing, they will redirect you to the hotel’s booking site.
