Villa Castelluccio offers a truly authentic experience in the heart of rural Puglia. The beautifully restored villa sits within 5 acres of olive groves.
The building itself was renovated from a ruin of an old traditional Lamia. Thanks to the restyling and restoration of the interior, the building preserves its historic atmosphere that gives a charming but relaxed feel.
As you walk in, encounter the formal lounge, and at either sides, find 2 large dreamy and neutral double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms which open to the gardens.
Carry on to an open plan kitchen, a relaxed living area, and a cozy fireplace to enjoy winter evenings.
Beautiful double glass doors lead to a large covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen, dining, and a chill-out area with pergolas. From the terrace and a short walk through the olive trees, you will find a large swimming pool with lavender on one side and an open poolside with sunbathing on the other for the perfect summer afternoon.
