Traveling with a purpose

After these past months, we are starting to prioritize what really matters. We are looking out for unique experiences, spending valuable time with our loved ones, and traveling at a slower pace. Making these plans, with a deeper and more meaningful sense, will be more important than ever, especially if they are shared with our family and friends.

These experiences should provide a sense of personal fulfillment, offering travelers the opportunity to contribute to communities severely affected by the crisis, so that their spending not only allows them to enjoy but also to boost local economies and employment.

We have strengthened our community ties and social connection, and this sense of community will influence our choices, our desires, and aspirations.

If something has marked the few trips that have been made this past 2020, it has been the rediscovery of our own country. We have opted for national tourism given the complexity of traveling in times of COVID. Flight cancellations, PCR tests, quarantines ... have given a small boost to local tourism compared to international travel. We have prioritized nature against the city, enchanting small towns, rural tourism, large open spaces, not overcrowded places…, and we will continue to travel at a slower pace, reconnecting with nature and our souls.

Looking at the bright side, in times of pandemic, pets can be our best travel companions. They saved us from loneliness in the hardest days of confinement, and now, more than ever, they will be able to jump with us in our next adventure or meditation retreat. Europe, France, Germany, Italy, and Austria are the best destinations for those who want to enjoy the trip in the company of their hairy best friends.

Tranquil, peaceful traveling. Take a deep breath of fresh air, and make your trip the perfect opportunity to be selfish, take care of yourself.

Enjoy the little pleasures in life, find them in the smallest and most insignificant details, do not let them escape you.
