Octavia Casa
In the trendy La Condesa neighborhood, the small and intimate Mexican retreat Octavia Casa offers a peaceful space created by fashion designer Roberta Maceda in collaboration with Pérez Palacios Arquitectos Asociados.
The tranquil hotel has only seven exclusive rooms that were decorated differently to offer a unique experience to guests, highlighting its Mexican identity, and thought as if it were a private home. It is an oasis in an urban environment characterized by its constant bustle- absolute tranquility in the middle of the capital.
Harmony rules in the atmosphere, where luxury and simplicity come together, and where all the details were thought out and chosen with great delicacy. Natural light is one more guest in this minimalist and intimate refuge where organic materials (such as stone, wood, and chukum, which is an artisanal Mayan technique for painting walls) and neutral colors dialogue in every corner.
