Hermanas Arce

MADRID

Located in the charming Justicia neighborhood Hermanas Arce is the project of sisters Elena and Ana, two determined and brave women who opted to make their wish of having their own business come true, a mix between a restaurant, a cafeteria and a pastry shop, that today ended up turning into one of the most delicious spots in Madrid. On the menu you’ll find simple but wholesome dishes: don’t miss the tortitas (pancakes), the avocado toast with chimichurri, and the salted chocolate cookie for the perfect ending. The sunlit cafe is the perfect space to bring a book or your laptop if you have to work - you’ll feel at home.

Oficina

AMSTERDAM

Naiara and Zana, are the owners of a cafe where their knowledge and roots are mixed. Oficina is the result of Naiara's experience of foreign kitchens, as she lived and worked in Spain's Basque Country and Korea, as well as traveling throughout the world, merging a variety of exquisite cuisines in a heavenly space.

Annelies

BERLIN

Annelies, named after one of the owners' late grandmothers, is a hip café created by Sophie Hardy and Hannes Haake, a beautiful project that resulted in one of Berlin's best breakfast restaurants.

In Kreuzberg right across from Görlizter Park, Annelies is famous for its massive pancake stack with its quenelle of cultured cream and a generous drizzle of maple syrup, but really everything at this place is perfect and exceptionally forward-thinking. The coffee, the eggs on toast, the homemade sausage… true morning bliss.
