Set up booking

All bookings are made through your own booking system, via your website or email. We want you to keep the data, guest information, and full payment. We don’t take any commissions from the booking.

So our members can book and enjoy the benefits, we would need:

• Option 1: Add a code on your website that will be applied at checkout. This will give the member a special rate and you will easily know when a member has booked a room.

• Option 2: Let’s say you don’t have a booking platform and we need to email you to request to book. Let us know which email we need to use to send members your way. We will be in CC on every booking request so we are aware that a member is requesting a room.
