Las Encinas del Naval
Located on a 44-hectare estate in the region of La Vera, Sierra de Gredos, at the foot of its highest peak, the Almanzor, Las Encinas del Naval is the ideal hideaway for a weekend with friends on a peaceful and wintery trip. The house sits between a set of meadows, oak and chestnut forests, holm oaks, and olive groves, in a landscape where summers are dry and hot, attenuated by the shadows of ancient trees, sporadic summer storms, and pleasant lavender-scented breezes. Even at night the outside calls you, invites you to go out to contemplate the clear skies, full of stars.
The house follows the architectural patterns of the area, built with natural materials, such as wooden beams, clay, wood or granite floors, and plaster walls. The decoration is rustic and traditional, with unique pieces lovingly selected by the owner.
