In order to completely integrate the house into the landscape and minimize its impact, it merges with the topography.
Amid a wide natural landscape, the sole visible elements of the building are the patios and a dome, that visually connects all the rooms within its natural surroundings. The house offers 3 ensuite rooms, brightened by little private patios. The kitchen and living area open up to the grand patio, overlooking the beautiful and vast property, as well as the Alqueva lake.

Casas Na Areia
CasasNaAreia is located 1 hour south of Lisbon, in Comporta - Portugal. This region is known for the magnificent white sandy beaches, the wine, fresh fish, the rice paddies, and the pine trees. It ́s integrated on the natural reserve of river Sado, home to a great variety of wildlife. CasasNaAreia is located near the small fishing village of Carrasqueira.
Villa Castelluccio
Villa Castelluccio offers a truly authentic experience in the heart of rural Puglia. The beautifully restored villa sits within 5 acres of olive groves.
The building itself was renovated from a ruin of an old traditional Lamia. Thanks to the restyling and restoration of the interior, the building preserves its historic atmosphere that gives a charming but relaxed feel.
Casa Olivetta
The Villa, restored by Australian fashion and interior designer, Collette Dinnigan, is surrounded by hills and centuries-old olive trees.
Casa Olivetta is located in the heart of the Apulian Itria Valley, in southern Italy, between the charming villages of Cisternino and Ostuni.
OCCUPANCY: (8 guests max)
Casa Olivetta comprises one main building, with three bedrooms and a guest house separate from the villa. All buildings are in pale limestone brick, with traditional stone and terracotta tiles for the inside floors, finished with lime-washed white walls and contrasting timber.

Villa Cardo is a 4 bedroom house designed by Studio Andrew Trotter. The house has been built with local materials and using traditional methods of building, conveying uniqueness and heritage, keeping the building light, airy and cool in the summer.
The villa is within one hectare of land, filled with olive and almond trees everywhere. Discover its breathtaking views of the sea from the roof terrace.
Tenuta Masseriola
Tenuta Masseriola enjoys its exclusive privacy just a few kilometres from the village of Carovigno, rich in history and delicious cuisine. Surrounded by 8 hectares of olive groves and red soil, the villa offers maximum comfort to its guests.

Masseria Moroseta
Masseria Moroseta, designed by architect Andrew Trotter, is a country house located in the Oustini region of Italy, on a 5-hectare field surrounded by olive trees. The house was built with traditional techniques and local materials, it is inspired by the old farmhouses of Puglia but incorporating modern elements in the design. Like traditional houses, Masseria Moroseta has a central patio, six bedrooms on each side, and a living room and terrace which overlook the infinity pool and the sea.
Casa Bonay
In an old modernist building in Barcelona is Casa Bonay, an unusual hotel that offers unique experiences.
The passion for good food, Mediterranean wines, serenity, books and well-made coffee, brought together Inés Miró-Sans and Luis Rullán to conceive a special refuge, which would go beyond the canons of traditional hotels, and in the one that both would like to stay in. Their idea was born twelve years ago, but it didn't come true until 2016, when they chose a dazzling neoclassical building in Barcelona's Ensanche and it was transformed into the Casa Bonay hotel.

1477 Reichhalter is a beautiful renovated house with a story of its own. It is located in the small village of Lana in South Tyrol. Designed by the architect Zeno Bampi, and the interior designer Christina von Berg, the modern minimalism space, meets tradition.
Le Coucou
If we had to choose the perfect way to enjoy the winter mountain scenery, it would undoubtedly be from one of Le Coucou's balconies! Settled along the valley with views to the Belvédère mountains, the hotel is designed by the architect, Pierre Yovanovitch. Vintage and contemporary elements, as well as deep tones and patterned floors adorn the spaces, highlighting the architect's talent in mixing regional references with modern details for a fun aesthetic.
