Designate a Club Manager

A member of your team should be the person in charge of our partnership. This person should:

Fill in all required information and keeping it up to date.

Train your staff.

Handle or facilitate gatherings and retreats with us, if any.

Fill in the necessary information that we need to upload your listing. We will need contact information, photos, activities offered and your favorite spots nearby.

Set up booking

STEP FOUR

All bookings are made through your own booking system, via your website or email. We want you to keep the data, guest information, and full payment. We don’t take any commissions from the booking.

So our members can book and enjoy the benefits, we would need:

OPTION 1: Add a code on your website that will be applied at checkout. This will give the member a special rate and you will easily know when a member has booked a room.

OPTION 2: If you don’t have a booking platform and we need to email you to request to book. Let us know which email we need to use to send members your way. We will be in CC on every booking request so we are aware that a member is requesting a room.

Please make sure all benefits are ready upon the guest’s arrival. It is very important that the guests don’t have to ask for them and that your team and staff is well trained: they know what the Club is about, and they know all the perks offered.
