Nestled in a charming 18th century building in Alfama, Santa Clara 1728 is one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever been to. Charmed by the beauty of the place, we found in Santa Clara a second home.

Located on the top of a hill, in the Santa Teresa neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro, between the city’s center and the sandy beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema, Chez Georges is a modernist villa designed by architect Wladimir Alves de Souza.

Within a cosy atmosphere, unique architecture, and excellent location, Duas Portas is a family project, which is born out of the true “portuense” (people of Porto) desire to host at home. The restoration of an old house brings a taste of modernity but preserves the tradition and context in which it is inserted in - Porto.
